Our 6-Step Cylinder Reconditioning Process
- Dismantling & Degreasing: Complete teardown and high-pressure chemical wash.
- Precision Inspection: Bore gauge measurement, rod runout check & crack detection.
- Rod Re-Chroming & Polishing: Grinding out deep scores, hard chrome plating & superfinishing.
- Tube Re-Honing: Internal cylinder bore micro-honing to restore geometric roundness.
- High-Grade Seal Replacement: Installing new polyurethane, NBR, Viton, or PTFE seals.
- Hydrostatic Pressure Testing: 100% full-stroke pressure testing before delivery.
